Terms of service

This website is operated by LugLoft. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We try to describe products and show them as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. We may change prices or stop offering a product at any time, but price changes don't affect orders you've already placed.

Orders We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is an error in the price or description. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll get a full refund.

Shipping and returns Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Use of products Our magnetic mats contain strong magnets. Keep them away from small children, pacemakers and other medical devices, credit cards and electronics. Use the products only as described.

Limitation of liability To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Payments Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Changes We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your order.
