30-Day Returns

If the mat doesn't work for you, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a return.

How to start a return Email us at maciejst94@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without asking us first can't be accepted.

Condition Please send the item back unused or lightly tested, with all pieces included.

Damaged or wrong item If your order arrives damaged or you got the wrong item, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay for return shipping.

Refunds Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take a few business days to show it.

Return shipping For returns that aren't caused by a damaged or wrong item, return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Where we ship We ship to all 50 US states.

Shipping cost 1 Set: $5.99 flat rate. Orders of $49.99 or more (2 Sets and up): free shipping.

Tracking Every order ships with a tracking number. We email it to you as soon as your order ships.
